The MelioGuide Exercise Program for Healthy Bones
This MelioGuide exercise program has been developed by a licensed Physical Therapist (see "About Us") and incorporates all of the major areas important to building stronger bones:
- Postural Exercises
- Strength Training
- Balance Training
- Cardiovascular Training
- Flexibility Exercises
Your MelioGuide exercise program gradually builds over twelve weeks and provides you with the option of either a three day a week or six day a week exercise routine.
A questionnaire has been prepared for you by the MelioGuide team to identify the exercise program best for you.

We recommend that you consult with your physician before starting this or any exercise program.
